SLIGHT FREAK OUT (Lizzie McGuire- Then and Now)
I'm not sure about anyone who reads this blog, but a good number of my elementary school days were spent watching Disney Channel's Lizzie McGuire. And although I won't put it past me to tear up a bit every time Lizzie and Gordo kiss (FINALLY) in the infamous Lizzie McGuire Movie, nothing hit me in the face with nostalgia much like this blog post I recently came across. Our babies are all grown up.
Awkward Lizzie grew up, married Mike Comrie, and gave birth to the most beautiful baby I have ever seen.
Lalaine Vergara-Paras, who played Miranda Sanchez on the show, headed a different direction in life and was apparently charged in possession of crystal meth in 2007, and is now bass guitarist in a band. Who remembers the episode where Lizzie and Miranda made a music video to Play's Us Against The World?
Adam Lamberg, who played Gordo, studied Geography at Berkeley and grew some gross facial hair. Come on Gordo...
Jake Thomas has been in several other television shows including CSI: Miami. He also grew into quite the looker. Yay Jake Thomas!
Here is another good one: What ever happened to Ethan Craft? He was my biggest crush at age 8 (through like 13 but I'll deny it) what can I say? He was every tween's dream- Well he's grown up too and is currently on the U.S.'s National Water Polo team. Turns out Clayton Snyder's still on my list.
Here's the most shocking one: Larry Tudgeman. Remember him? Always wore the same shirt, picked his nose, complete dork. Now, I'd put Kyle Downes up there next to Ethan.
HOW WEIRD IS THAT?
